DFS will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days from the delivery date.
Our Fault / Defects
In the event you received the wrong item, DFS will issue a call tag for the carrier to pick up the products in question and promptly replace items at no charge to you. All replacement products ship ground service from the time we receive notification of pick up.
Your Fault / Ordered Wrong
Your mistake for returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and the buyer pays for the return shipping fees. (e.g. you bought the wrong item, wrong color, or changed your mind). In the event the original order was shipped with free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if approved, will refund your credit card (or original method of payment) within a couple of days. You will be notified by email with the proof of refund. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds. You have the option to have the product shipped back to you at your expense.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company while waiting for the returns to be refunded to your card.
